Terms of Service
Last updated: June 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WebGlow ("we", "us", "our"), a website and booking platform for beauty salons. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. What WebGlow is
WebGlow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables beauty salon owners to create a professional online presence including booking pages, service listings, loyalty programs, product storefronts, and AI-powered customer concierge tools — without needing to build or host a website themselves.
The platform is organized into four subscription tiers:
| Tier | Included features |
|---|---|
| Standard | Salon website, service listings, online booking, loyalty points widget |
| Professional | All Standard features, plus enhanced template design |
| Premium | All Professional features, plus product storefront and e-commerce checkout |
| Elite | All Premium features, plus AI concierge chatbot powered by Groq |
Feature availability is enforced at the platform level and cannot be bypassed by calling platform functions directly.
2. Free trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of the selected tier, with no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial period, your account will become inactive. To continue using the platform, you must activate a paid subscription.
3. Subscription and billing
Important — manual renewals: Automated billing is not yet fully implemented. Subscription renewals are currently processed manually by WebGlow. We will contact you by email before your subscription period ends to arrange renewal. Your access will not be interrupted without prior notice.
By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee for your chosen tier and billing period. Prices are stated at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future renewal periods. We will notify you of any price changes at least 14 days in advance.
Automated billing will be introduced in a future platform update. You will be informed when this transition occurs and given the opportunity to review the new billing process.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use WebGlow to:
- Post or transmit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Spam, harass, or mislead clients through the booking or chat systems
- Automate requests to our public-facing functions in ways that constitute abuse (e.g., scripted booking attacks, excessive AI chat calls)
- Attempt to access data belonging to other salon accounts
- Circumvent tier restrictions or platform security controls
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend access to any account or visitor found to be misusing platform functions.
5. Client data and your responsibilities
As a salon owner using WebGlow, you are the data controller for your clients' personal information collected through your salon's website. You are responsible for:
- Informing your clients that their data is collected and processed via WebGlow
- Complying with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction
- Not collecting data beyond what is necessary for operating your salon
WebGlow acts as a data processor on your behalf. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle that data technically.
6. Limitation of liability
WebGlow is provided in good faith and with reasonable care. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law:
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose
- WebGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7. Account termination
By you: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time by contacting us at support@webglow.pro (placeholder). Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, after giving you reasonable notice to remedy the breach where possible. We may terminate immediately for serious violations (e.g., illegal activity, security attacks).
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, you may cancel your account before it takes effect.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebGlow operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Note: These Terms of Service are a working template tailored to WebGlow's current feature set and business model. In particular, ensure the governing law clause, billing terms, and data controller language align with your specific jurisdiction and operational reality.
